It\u2019s no surprise that homeownership is often delayed until ages 30 to 45, with experts expecting growth after 2030. Having spent over a decade helping clients buy and sell throughout the High Desert, Mountain Communities, and beyond, I see firsthand the resilience and determination of today\u2019s buyers. Each transaction brings unique challenges\u2014whether it\u2019s understanding zoning, securing financing, or finding the right fit in a competitive market. My goal is always to guide clients through these hurdles, drawing on my experience with both traditional homes and the unique demands of rural properties.
